About Us
For over 25 years, we have been involved in project management in the building and construction industry both in Australia and overseas.
We’ve had experience working with a variety of clients, including large corporations, small businesses, and government agencies, handling projects such as:

We took the opportunity in 2006 to start a consulting project management company to provide client-side project management services to assist Strata Managers and Owners Corporations with building refurbishments, upgrades, defects management and remedial repairs.

From our experience in the construction industry, we have noticed that most Owners Corporations and Strata Managers often do not have the time, experience or expertise to oversee their own construction projects.
As a result, many of their projects were not completed within the required expectations, budgets, timelines or correct specifications.
That is when we decided to provide a full range of project management services to ensure that our clients are receiving value for money and that their interests and assets are protected.
