14 storey commercial office building housing Land and Environment Court, Judges, Barristers and Doctors.
Development of Level 14 plantroom in to commercial office space and complete replacement of eastern façade. 2016 MBA Award for Excellence in Construction – Refurbishment, Renovation, Extension $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
Voluntary Fire Upgrade including fast response sprinklers, new hydrant system, new sprinkler and hydrant pumps, new sprinkler and hydrant tank, smoke detection, FIP and EWIS upgrade.
Management of full building security upgrade.
Management of the installation of new Building Management System.
Management of general remedial repairs.
Assist the building owners with the project management of the replacement of the Aluminium Composite Paneling to the Macquarie St facade.
Management of full building lift upgrade
