








With over 25 years project management experience in the building and construction industry both in Australia and overseas, across most aspects of the industry including new build, fit-outs, refurbishments, defect rectifications, remedial works, BCA and fire upgrades, We took the opportunity in 2006 to start a consulting project management company to provide client side project management services to assist Strata Managers and Owners Corporations with building refurbishments, upgrades, defects management and remedial repairs.
From our previous experience in the construction industry we realised that with the limited time available to them and limited experience in the construction industry most Owners Corporations and Strata Managers were not always getting their projects completed to their required expectations, budgets, timelines or correct specifications and required an experienced project manager to ensure they are receiving value for money and that their interests and assets are protected.
PM Services Australia have many years project management experience in the building industry working for both builders and clients. With our network of experienced consultants and engineers we are able to assist with all aspects of your project from initial design and specification to final certification.

Voluntary Fire Upgrade including fast response sprinklers, new hydrant system, new sprinkler and hydrant pumps, new sprinkler and hydrant tank, smoke detection, FIP and EWIS upgrade.

Remedial repairs to the plantroom cavity flashing and roof waterproof membrane due to water ingress.

30 storey building consisting of 128 residential apartments.
Management of Woollahra Council Fire Order, consisting of upgrades to the sprinkler system, new hydrant system, new FIP, BOW, smoke detection, fire door replacement, new hydrant sprinkler tank.

8 storey building consisting of 54 residential apartments.
Management of Waverley Council Fire Order.

6 storey building consisting of ground floor restaurant, 5 levels of commercial office space and a penthouse residential apartment.
Complete upgrade of mechanical roof plant and installation of new VAV diffusers.
Complete upgrade of all lift equipment including a new lift car.
Fire services upgrade.

10 storey building consisting of 3 levels of commercial tenancies and 7 levels of residential apartments.
Refurbishment of ground floor entrance lobby, including replacement of suspended slab.
